RavStack has been working on the development of package delivery applications for a long time. Hence, the requirements of the client could be integrated with the event of an application with a minimal problem.
The development of the application was designed to be an automated solution for real-time shipment tracking.
The communication of the controller-driver-customer was also kept in mind while integrating the chat and in-app call system. Also, the application was blessed with an advanced backend to support all the complexities of the functionality.
After analyzing all the requirements and expectations of the client, RavStack started weaving an intuitive delivery-driven mobile application with a robust backend.
To give justice to the faith of our client in us, we integrated shipment tracking system, driver interactivity, and order management tools so that updates on task assignments and workings are met with utmost satisfaction and efficiency.

Google Maps were combined with the application where the customer can drop the pin and set the pick-up location.
Additional details like urgency, delicacy, nature of the product can be added directly through the application for better delivery service.
Customers can also get a price estimate for the delivery of the product they want. By giving an estimated budget, it helps in avoiding future financial petty problems. Moreover, the customer can see in real-time the things affecting the pricing of the delivery.
The customer can have a voyage to the past and look for the previous order details along with the prices charged and other information related to that particular order.
Customers can check in real-time, the progress of his/her order. They can know the updates, and the current status of the package they are about to receive or have dispatched.
Customers can also chat with the driver to know the status of the order and can communicate regarding the exact location or the things to be kept in mind during delivery.
RavStack also integrated an in-app calling option for a voice call over the internet. Customers can contact the driver for final communications.
Application has come with the pop-up notifications tool so that the customer can never miss the updates of package status and other company-related offers and details.

Drivers can quickly get the pick-up location through Google Maps Integration and can even navigate to the place easily.
If the driver feels that the information is incomplete, he/she can request more information from the customer on-app. The driver can also send a customized form to fill.
The driver can chat with the customer to know the detailed location or things to keep in mind while delivering the package.
An in-app calling system has been integrated so that the driver can contact the customer on call for the details.
The driver, too, will be getting the information of all the updates going on with the order. He can also get the new-order request through a pop-up notification so that no updates or offers are missed.
Our team of creative graphic designers designed the customized graphics for the application, which would go in synchronization with the logo and enhance the overall theme of the application.
And to keep the design sophisticated and intuitive, we used white as the background and different shades of Blue to bring strength to the plan.
The application made under the aegis of RavStack resulted in an increase in efficiency in Package Pick-up and Delivery. The process was automated, which allowed the admin to work on what is needed the most, and hence it multiplied to the efficiency.
Within a couple of months of the launching of the application, the client was seen dealing with orders in the number of thousands.
The routine tasks got automated, which resulted in saving a lot of time and streamlined the complete process to keep the shipment tracking in real-time. This leads to enhanced customer experience and streamlined means of operations.
